it aids mental clarity and reduces burnout and confusion. Basil relaxes and helps to manage stress and relieves anxiety. It also encourages self-confidence and motivation.
Lemon :
Botanical name : Citrus limon
Lemon essential oil has the power to release internal resistance and doubts and helps to promote clear vision.

Do not use during pregnancy
Always diluted with a carrier oil if you want to apply on skin.
Bergamot and lemon are very photosensitising, do not expose yourself to the sun for up to 24 hours following the application on skin.
