PRO-OILS Customer Returns Policy
Before any return is made to PRO-OILS, the customer is required to contact PRO-OILS (Sales) on 02 8417 0887 or email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of order, stating the reason for wanting to return goods.
Once approval for the return is given, goods will be sent back to PRO-OILS to be accessed for a credit.
If the claim is deemed valid, a full credit will be given on the good/s. Any additional costs incurred via transport / handing will be pre-arranged at the initial contact.
